•As of Oct 1, 2023: I will now requiring a deposit for all scheduled appointments. This goes towards the cost of your service. Deposits are none transferable/none refundable! •After hour appointments: I understand life happens & schedules are crazy- All appointments scheduled outside of my posted working hours will now be charged a $25 after hours service fee. Business hours: Monday, Closed Tuesday, 9:30am-5 Wednesday, Closed Thursday, 9:30-5 Friday, 9:30-5 Sat & Sunday By request only •Children In the salon: Im not the only service provider in our building- For the relaxations purposes, I’m respectfully asking only those receiving a service be in the building. •Late arrivals: Traffic is a nightmare, please plan accordingly- Give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment. If you find yourself running late, be sure to contact me ASAP. Arriving late may result in having to modify or reschedule your appointment, however you are still responsible for full price of original appointment. Due to the frequency at which I contact you about your upon coming appointments, anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”, and will be responsible for missed service fees. •Canceling/rescheduling: My availability is limited. Scheduling an appointment and then canceling it without giving enough time to fill that spot is taking time away from other guests. Appointment rescheduled/canceled within 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the scheduled service + a 3.5% card processing fee. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24 – 48 hr notice by contacting me directly 502.718.8847. *Cancelation within 24 hours of appointment/no call, no show -Your card on file will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service amount + 3.5% credit card processing fee. Product & Salon services- All sales are final. No refunds, or exchanges.
