💳 Appointment Deposits
A deposit is now required to secure all scheduled appointments.
• This deposit will go toward your final service total.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

⏰ After-Hours Appointments
I understand life gets hectic! If you need an appointment outside my regular business hours, a $25 After-Hours Service Fee will apply.
Regular Business Hours:
• Monday: Closed
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday: Closed
• Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

👧 Children in the Salon
For the comfort of all guests and out of respect for the other service providers in the building, only those receiving services are allowed in the salon space. Thank you for understanding.

🚗 Late Arrivals
Please plan for traffic and arrive on time. If you’re running late, contact me ASAP.
• Late arrivals may require your appointment to be modified or rescheduled, but you’ll still be charged for the full original service.

❌ No-Shows
With multiple reminders sent before each appointment, forgetting or skipping your appointment will be considered a No-Show.
• No-shows will be charged for the full service amount.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling
My availability is limited, and last-minute changes impact other clients.
• Appointments canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service + 3.5% card processing fee.
• To avoid this, please contact me 24–48 hours in advance at 📲 502-718-8847.
